The Scandinavian Society Malaysia was founded in 1965 for the purpose to bring Scandinavians in contact with each other as well as to arrange social get-togethers.

Every year we do different gatherings, events and activities, e.g. Coffee Mornings, Family Christmas party, Crayfish party and Dinner Parties. Within SSM we have both a Golf group and an Art group, and also the monthly member magazine - SNOFIDA. In the magazine we give you information about upcoming SSM events, write articles about life, travel, tips about KL and interesting events in general.

You can choose three different ways to pay the membership fee;

• Pay in cash to one of our committee members at the regular SSM Coffee Morning (the 2nd Wednesday in every month).
  
  
• Transfer the amount to Standard Chartered Bank; Account name: Scandinavian Society Malaysia, Account no. 312100900214, SWIFT: SCBLMYKXXXX and send us the application form together with your receipt.
  
  
• Send a cheque (payable to Scandinavian Society Malaysia) together with the application form to;

Membership fee: RM200 couple/family or RM100 for singles.
